Refund policy

⭐️ 𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑 (Return/Exchange Policy)
All prints in my shop are made to order, printed specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because they are produced individually and not held in stock, I’m unable to cancel an order once it has gone into production. 

⭐️ 𝟏𝟐-𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐖
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or amend your order before it’s sent to print.
Please double-check:
• Delivery address (I can’t replace or refund items that are lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout)
• Chosen print size
• Chosen colour (if applicable)
• Chosen frame (if applicable)
• That you are happy with the paper type and acknowledge that these are not fine art prints

⭐️ 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆
A tracking number is provided once your order has been completed and dispatched. As soon as I have it, I will forward it to you. Please note that printing companies are not open on weekends, so delivery times are calculated in working days.

⭐️ 𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐒
I can request a replacement from my production partner once the courier officially marks the parcel as lost, or if there has been no tracking movement for 10 working days. 

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or safe-place locations first. As I rely on the courier’s official scan, I am unable to automatically issue a replacement.

In this instance, please contact the courier to request a 'Denial of Receipt' form and the GPS location of the delivery scan. If the GPS confirms the courier was at the wrong address, you can file a claim with them.

If the GPS proves it was delivered to your correct address, this is treated as a matter of mail theft. In this case, please file a police report and send a copy/case number to me; I will then be happy to bypass my standard policy and request a replacement for you.

⭐️ 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘
All sizes and details are clearly shown in every listing.
I do not issue refunds or replacements if the artwork, colour, paper type, frame colour or size aren't suitable for your space once it arrives, or if you’ve changed your mind.

⭐️ 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
Colours may vary slightly from those you see on screen due to individual monitor settings. This is normal and does not qualify as a fault.

⭐️ 𝐅𝐀𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐒
Unfortunately technology & courier company handling occasionally fail us! If your print or frame arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way:
Please message me immediately (and within 7 days) with:
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the packaging
• A photo of the address label
Once I have seen and assessed the damage I will arrange a free replacement right away.
You do not need to return the faulty print or broken frame.
