How much is shipping and where do you ship to?

I currently ship to Great Britain, USA, Canada and Australia. Shipping to GB is free and everywhere else is £10. At the moment I don't ship to Northern Ireland, Europe or the rest of the world due to GPSR regulations.

Is your artwork for commercial use?

All artwork from Dandy Prints is for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or using the designs commercially in any form is not permitted.

Who prints your items?

As I'm a one woman band working from home, I work with a fabulous printing partner who has printing locations all over the world. They print and frame my orders and deliver them domestically which results in the lowest possible carbon footprint. If you place an order from the UK, it will be printed in and shipped within the UK. If you place an order from the USA, it will be printed in and shipped within the USA. You get the idea!

What paper do you use?

My printing company uses 200gsm, FSC certified or equivalent, semi gloss / satin poster paper. I do not supply fine art prints.

What do I do if my print or frame is damaged when it arrives?

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch ASAP (and within 7 days) with clear photos of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging
- the shipping label (with your name and address visible)
This helps me to assess the issue and contact my printing company with evidence so they can arrange a replacement to be sent out right away.

The colour of my print is a bit different to the way it looked on screen, can I get a refund?

No, colours may vary slightly from those you see on screen due to individual monitor settings and printer settings. This is normal and does not qualify as a fault. Oak finish frame tone may vary slightly from the listing image.

However if your item arrives with a misprint or fault, I'm happy to offer a free replacement. Just message me with the details and include photos.

If my print or frame is damaged or faulty and you're replacing it, do I need to return the faulty item to you?

No you don't. You can dispose of the faulty item.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges if I've changed my mind or the print size / colour / frame or artwork doesn't fit or suit my space?

No. Each print is only produced after your order is placed, it is classed as made to order. Therefore, I don’t accept returns or cancellations once the print has gone into production.

You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or amend your order before it’s sent into production. Please double-check your delivery details, chosen print size, chosen colour, chosen frame (if applicable) and ensure you are familiar with the paper type and thickness during this time. I’m unable to replace or refund items lost due to an incorrect delivery address being provided at checkout.

As sizes and details are clearly stated in each listing, I cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or find that the artwork or size isn’t suitable for your space.

What happens if my order is lost in the post?

I can request a replacement from my production partner once the courier officially declares the parcel lost, or once 10 working days have passed with no tracking movement.

What if my tracking says 'delivered' but I don't have my parcel?

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or safe-place locations first. As I rely on the courier’s official scan, I am unable to automatically issue a replacement.

In this instance, please contact the courier to request a 'Denial of Receipt' form and the GPS location of the delivery scan. If the GPS confirms the courier was at the wrong address, you can file a claim with them.

If the GPS proves it was delivered to your correct address, this is treated as a matter of mail theft. In this case, please file a police report and send a copy/case number to me; I will then be happy to bypass my standard policy and request a replacement for you.
